Canada Revenue Agency
PD Group prepared a Long Term Functional Programming Document summarizing the future expansion needs and the functional requirements for Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) in the cities of Penticton and Kelowna.
The purpose of the associated research was to generate a document that identified the future business changes, if any, of the Canada Revenue Agency in these cities, and the subsequent effect on their physical space requirements. The document outlines the suggested criteria for the new space, which, along with the size requirements, would formulate the basis for future feasibility studies. It was recommended that the gathered information be compared with the leadership vision to identify any gaps and to identify recommendations for bridging those gaps.
This document will be utilized in conjunction with other Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) reports to complete a Business Case to assist CRA and PWGSC in the planning of the future projects for the Penticton and Kelowna offices.
