PD Group compiled a Programming Report analyzing existing and future client requirements for the 2nd floor Winch Building and 5th floor Federal Building locations in Sinclair Centre, in Vancouver. PD Group met with representatives of most of the Branches to outline their present and future staffing and support space requirements as well as any foreseen changes in their processes.
The analysis determined the feasibility of the existing footprint fitting all functional requirements. The report identified the qualitative and quantitative space requirements and adjacencies. A space equation spreadsheet outlined the private office, workstations, support spaces and special purpose areas to arrive at a total space requirement, and included the client’s space requirements and block-plans.
